How to Buy on the Workshop's Website?
How to buy from the workshop:
1. Open the product page and check availability.
2. Click Pay.
3. Select your region (Rest of the world / Spain / USA) and confirm.
1. Click Debit or Credit Card button.
2. Complete the payment process.
3. You will receive a confirmation message once the payment is successful.
Important:
· PayPal's account is not neccesary.
· PayPal's secure payment gateway and is fully encrypted and safe.
- If you want to choose to pay by PayPal:
1. Choose Paypal button.
2. If you prefer not to use a credit card and would rather use your PayPal account (if you do not have one, signing up is free and very easy), paying with PayPal is as simple as sending the full amount to my PayPal reference jmhuilleannmaker@gmail.com. Using this method is just as secure as paying by credit or debit card.
3. You will receive a confirmation message once the payment is successful.
If the last unit is purchased by another customer before you complete payment, you will see a short "Out of stock" notice and the payment will not be processed.
Why PayPal?
Because it is not only a globally widespread payment method but also a secure one. They keep all your information safe. For example, when you use PayPal to make a payment, the recipient does not receive sensitive financial information such as your credit card or bank account number. You don't have to worry when paying someone online. Additionally, when you pay with PayPal on any website, you are covered by PayPal's Buyer Protection.
They will help you get a full refund if an item does not arrive or if the seller does not describe the item accurately. They also offer security for sellers. When you use PayPal to receive payments, you are protected by PayPal's Seller Protection for eligible claims, chargebacks, or cancellations.

Shipping:
Package Shipping: As a general rule, packages are shipped within 48 hours after payment is received, via Correos Spain (Spanish official postal service). For small workshop items such as reeds and reed templates, I currently offer two shipping options depending on destination: standard shipping (slower and without tracking number) and Light International Package (Correos Spain service, with tracking number and usually faster delivery). For Spain, shipping is currently offered with Light International Package only. The exact shipping price for each item and region is shown on the product page, and the final total is calculated at checkout after selecting the region and shipping option.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging as well as postage fees. Handling fees are fixed, while transport costs may vary according to the total weight of the package. If you want to buy two or more items, send me an email and I will tell you how to proceed so they can be grouped and you only have one shipping cost.
IMPORTANT!!! I am not responsible for any damages that your package may suffer after shipping (except for items sent with insurance), but I do my best to protect all fragile items. The boxes and your items will be well protected.
For the shipping of chanters and other parts, the most expensive parts of the pipes, they may be sent insured. Therefore, the shipping costs may increase depending on the amount to be insured. These costs will be paid by the customer.
Returns:
Returns are NOT accepted. The pipes and parts that leave my workshop are tested and proven. They tune perfectly with the humidity and temperature in my workshop. If you have doubts about how it sounds, please feel free to contact me at jmhuilleannmaker@gmail.com, and I will gladly send you videos and audios with more example sounds. Similarly, if you have doubts about its aesthetics and the website photos are not sufficient, please contact me, and I will happily send you more photos. Take your time to consider your purchase because once it's made, it cannot be returned.
